Creekside is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and marketing for our Independent and Assisted Living communities while collaborating across our full continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve occupancy and revenue goals
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tracking
• Conduct tours and build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
• Lead outreach, events, and marketing efforts to generate qualified leads
• Execute follow-up strategies, including calls, visits, and events
• Oversee leasing and ensure smooth move-ins
• Collaborate with leadership to support campus-wide census growth

Qualifications

• 3--5+ years of sales experience (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking
• Organized, results-driven, and customer-focused
